Job Summary

A company is looking for a Website Experience & Optimisation Manager to lead the strategy and performance of its marketing website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the marketing website as a product, defining its roadmap and continuously improving conversion and engagement
  • Run a consistent experimentation program, prioritizing high-impact opportunities and making data-driven decisions
  • Define and ship landing pages for campaigns and manage the overall user experience from architecture to QA
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in web experience, CRO, or growth at a product-led or SaaS company
  • Proven ability to define and optimize digital experiences with measurable conversion improvements
  • Hands-on experience with Webflow or similar tools for page creation
  • Deep knowledge of product analytics, experimentation platforms, and customer data platforms
  • Strong understanding of experimentation methodology and statistical significance
