Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of website management, online fundraising, or eCommerce experience
- Experience with website content management systems and front-end languages
- Deep knowledge of web analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing programs
- Empathy towards users and stakeholders
