A company is looking for a Website Onboarding Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard Pros to RwG during the initial launch phase to identify friction points and improve the experience
- Lead and develop a team of RwG Onboarding Specialists while managing the onboarding pipeline
- Track team KPIs and create onboarding frameworks to enhance the Pro experience
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience
- 1-2+ years of onboarding and pipeline management experience
- 1+ years of experience in administrative work or data input
- Experience with Google My Business or similar digital listing platforms is preferred
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and Salesforce for pipeline management
