Key Responsibilities

Manage a continuous queue of website customers, translating their preferences into effective designs

Define project deliverables, set timelines, and resolve content and technical issues for timely project completion

Required Qualifications

BA/BS degree
Experience creating, deploying, and updating websites
1+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator desirable
2+ years of experience in customer service
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
