Managing web operations for a leading delivery service provider, the freelance Website Operations Coordinator will coordinate request intake, oversee web QA for new pages, and manage CMS access and onboarding for content contributors in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage request intake and coordinate with engineers on active work and status updates
• Oversee web QA for new pages and updates before they go live

Required qualifications

• 2+ years in a web, content, or digital operations role
• Experience with a CMS platform such as Contentstack, Optimizely, or WordPress
• Experience working in Jira
• Proficiency in Slack
