Job Summary

Serving as a high-impact operational resource, the full-time salaried Special Operations Website Specialist (SpecOps) will manage escalations, resolve complex website and operational issues, and enhance client experience while working remotely from the Continental U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a primary escalation resource for complex website and operational issues
• Coordinate with internal teams to drive issue resolution and manage special projects
• Identify recurring operational pain points and recommend scalable solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years' professional experience in digital operations, website management, or automotive marketing
• Strong understanding of website platforms and client support environments
• Experience managing escalations and cross-functional coordination
• Proficiency with project management and communication tools
• Automotive industry experience preferred but not required
