To shape and drive the strategy behind constantcontact.com, the full-time Website Optimization Specialist will collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to enhance website experiences that boost customer acquisition and engagement, working remotely or onsite in Waltham, MA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead web strategy discussions to prioritize website initiatives supporting acquisition and engagement goals
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to create high-quality website experiences
• Monitor website metrics and user behavior, providing strategic recommendations based on data analysis

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or web
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mouseflow, and Tableau
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably Contentful
• Ability to lead cross-functional conversations and influence stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on web strategy
