Job Summary

To support automotive dealership clients, the full-time remote Website Performance Manager will manage client relationships, drive website product enhancements, and ensure customer satisfaction while addressing inquiries and issues proactively.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prioritizing their needs and ensuring satisfaction
  • Execute monthly reporting on KPIs and communicate priorities, timelines, and feature requests to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive portfolio growth and provide proactive support and recommendations regarding website performance
Required qualifications
  • BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail automotive digital strategy or automotive agency management
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations and digital marketing strategies
  • Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, etc.) are preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office, along with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website analytics tools
