Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of automotive dealership clients, the full-time salaried Website Performance Manager will proactively manage website relationships, drive product retention, and enhance customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs drive priorities and decisions
  • Execute monthly reporting on KPIs and communicate priorities and timelines to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support both reactive and proactive client needs, driving portfolio growth
Required qualifications
  • BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail automotive digital strategy or management
  • Demonstrated understanding of dealership operations and digital marketing strategies
  • Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, etc.) are preferred
  • Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office, with a working knowledge of HTML and website analytics tools
