Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time salaried role, the Website Performance Manager will own the website relationships for automotive dealership clients, proactively addressing inquiries, driving product retention, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and strategic insights.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are prioritized in all activities
- Execute monthly reporting on KPIs and customer satisfaction, while assessing and presenting new feature requests to leadership
- Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to provide streamlined support and recommendations for site performance enhancements
Required qualifications
- BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-3 years of experience in retail automotive digital strategy or automotive agency management
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and digital marketing strategies, including SEM, SEO, and Google Ads
- Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, or related areas
- Experience using Salesforce and proficiency in MS Office applications
