Job Summary
Driving the vision and delivery of website products, the full-time salaried Website Performance Manager will manage client relationships for automotive dealership clients, ensuring proactive support and customer satisfaction while handling inquiries and product retention remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs drive priorities and decisions
- Execute monthly reporting on KPIs and assess new feature requests to present to leadership
- Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to provide streamlined support and recommendations for site performance enhancements
Required qualifications
- BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in retail automotive digital strategy, agency, or retail management
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising
- Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, etc.) are preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website analytics tools
