Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time salaried capacity, the Website Performance Manager will manage relationships with automotive dealership clients, proactively addressing inquiries and driving product retention while enhancing customer satisfaction and portfolio growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs drive priorities and decisions
- Execute monthly reporting on KPIs and communicate priorities and timelines to clients, demonstrating responsiveness
- Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to support both reactive and proactive service for dealerships
Required qualifications
- BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-3 years of experience in retail automotive digital strategy or automotive retail management
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising
- Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, or related areas
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office, along with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website analytics tools
