Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time salaried capacity, the Website Performance Manager will serve as the primary relationship owner for automotive dealership clients, driving proactive website product delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and account management.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs drive all priorities and activities
- Execute monthly reporting on KPIs and manage customer inquiries, prioritizing and addressing issues effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance site performance and drive portfolio application growth
Required qualifications
- BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in retail automotive digital strategy or management
- Demonstrated understanding of dealership operations and digital marketing strategies
- Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, etc.) are preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office, along with a working knowledge of HTML and website analytics tools
