Job Summary

Transforming dealership relationships, the full-time salaried Website Performance Manager will proactively manage client accounts, drive website product delivery, and enhance customer satisfaction while working remotely within the Continental U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of automotive dealership clients, prioritizing their needs and ensuring satisfaction
  • Execute monthly reporting on KPIs and communicate effectively with clients regarding priorities, timelines, and feature requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive portfolio growth and provide recommendations for site performance enhancements
Required qualifications
  • BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail automotive digital strategy or agency management
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations and digital marketing strategies, including SEO and SEM
  • Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, or related areas
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office, with a working knowledge of HTML and website analytics tools
