Job Summary

Transforming client relationships, the full-time salaried Website Performance Manager will proactively manage automotive dealership accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving product retention and portfolio growth in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs drive decisions and activities
  • Execute monthly reporting on KPIs and communicate priorities to customers, demonstrating responsiveness and guidance
  • Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to support both reactive and proactive client service initiatives
Required qualifications
  • BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail automotive digital strategy or automotive agency/retail management
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations and digital marketing strategies, including SEO and SEM
  • Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, etc.) are preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office, along with knowledge of HTML and website analytics tools
