Job Summary

To enhance donor engagement and optimize web presence, the full-time remote Website Specialist will manage content planning, website updates, and analytics while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize website content to support donor engagement and conversion
• Own the planning and governance of website updates, serving as the central intake point for web-related requests
• Conduct routine website audits to identify content gaps and coordinate with teams for timely content development and enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Communications, or related field (preferred)
• 2-3 years of recent experience in WordPress site administration (required)
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS (required)
• Experience with website analytics and SEO best practices
• Proven ability in project management and cross-functional collaboration
