Website Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Website Support Specialist to manage and support the online presence of its nationwide network of dealerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple dealership websites and coordinate updates with project managers and the creative team
• Troubleshoot site and inventory errors while ensuring compliance with brand and legal standards
• Support SEO and digital marketing initiatives, and be available for occasional on-call support

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in web support or a degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or Computer Science preferred
• Experience with database integration and digital marketing is a plus
• High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with compliance standards in advertising and digital platforms is beneficial
