Job Summary

A company is looking for a Website Support Specialist to manage inquiries and change requests for their growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to live customer requests through email and phone
• Troubleshoot customer issues and problem solve
• Maintain relationships and communicate with customers using email and phone

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of account management or customer service experience, preferably in a Digital Marketing agency
• Strong knowledge in SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, Websites, and CMS
• Self-motivated, proactive team player
• Demonstrable track record of being a fast learner and collaborative team member
