Job Summary
A company is looking for a Website Trainer to provide hands-on training to customers on managing their websites using a proprietary content management system (CMS).
Key Responsibilities
- Train customers on website setup, maintenance, and management through webinars and one-on-one sessions
- Report functionality issues and product suggestions to relevant departments
- Create and update customer-facing documentation and training resources
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree and/or equivalent experience required
- A minimum of 1-2 years of strong phone and customer service experience
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Practical knowledge of basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
