Job Summary

A company is looking for a Website Trainer to provide hands-on training to customers on managing their websites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train customers on website setup, maintenance, and management using the proprietary CMS through webinars and one-on-one sessions
  • Report functionality issues and product suggestions to relevant departments
  • Create and update customer-facing documentation and training resources
Required Qualifications
  • Associate Degree and/or equivalent experience required
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of strong phone and customer service experience
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
  • Practical knowledge of basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
