Job Summary

Detail-oriented and fast-paced, the contract Website Virtual Assistant will build and update client websites using a custom CMS, manage web copy formatting, and handle image editing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and update client websites in the custom CMS while following established processes
• Enter and format web copy accurately without disrupting layout and manage site components
• Perform image editing and install tracking codes, ensuring functionality across browsers and devices

Required qualifications

• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or Duda
• Proficiency in image editing tools like Canva, Photoshop, or GIMP
• Basic understanding of on-page SEO elements such as title tags and meta descriptions
• Ability to identify and correct formatting inconsistencies and broken elements
• Familiarity with task tracking tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello
