Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Sales Specialist to provide virtual consultations for wedding customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Host video consultations to assist customers in selecting wedding stationery
- Upsell and cross-sell products during consultations to enhance customer experience
- Document customer interactions in CRM and collaborate with other departments for additional support
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or premium brand environment
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Strong sales orientation and a passion for customer support
- Technologically adept with familiarity in eCommerce preferred
