Wedding Concierge

Job Summary

To enhance customer experiences and drive revenue, the full-time Wedding Concierge will provide virtual sales consultations, guiding wedding customers through personalized product selections while focusing on relationship-building and upselling, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Host 30-minute consultations to assist customers in personalizing their design choices
• Leverage sales strategies to support revenue growth and ensure customer comfort throughout the process
• Act as a customer advocate and brand ambassador, answering inquiries and documenting interactions in the CRM

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a premium brand environment
• Sales, concierge, or account management experience is required
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
• Technologically adept with experience in eCommerce preferred
