Wedding Trade Concierge

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wedding Trade Concierge to provide exceptional service to wedding professionals and their clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with wedding trade professionals to increase customer engagement with Minted
• Serve as a customer advocate and brand ambassador, hosting consultations and handling email communications
• Document customer interactions in CRM and identify opportunities for improving the customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably with a premium brand
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
• Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for weddings and wedding planning
• Technological proficiency, with familiarity in eCommerce preferred
