Wedding Trade Concierge

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trade Concierge.

Key Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with Wedding trade professionals to increase customer engagement with Minted
• Serve as a customer advocate and brand ambassador, hosting consultations and handling email communications
• Document customer interactions in the CRM and proactively track orders, identifying opportunities for improving customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience working with customers, preferably at a premium brand
• Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for weddings and wedding planning
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
• Technologically adept with familiarity in eCommerce
