Job Summary
A company is looking for a Weekend Care Advisor to ensure a seamless member experience during off-hours, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage all backend operational tasks required to move members through the process efficiently during off-hours
- Partner with sites to ensure weekend members are scheduled and paperwork is prepared promptly
- Serve as the main point of contact for members, addressing any difficulties during their journey on weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years in a customer service and operations role
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Must be available to work weekends and flexible to work holidays and evening hours
- Strong process management and execution skills with the ability to handle complex workflows
- Familiarity with a medical environment is a plus
