Job Summary
To support client and tutor needs over the weekend, the part-time Weekend Client Support Specialist will provide timely assistance through phone calls, emails, and support tickets while working remotely from Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, text messages, and support tickets to assist parents, students, and tutors
- Process account requests and capture revenue opportunities by facilitating tutoring service restarts and upgrades
- Document interactions clearly and escalate complex issues to the weekday team with detailed notes
Required qualifications
- At least one year of experience in customer service, call center, or phone-based support roles
- Excellent spoken and written English with professional verbal communication skills
- Comfortable answering inbound calls and making outbound calls as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation abilities
- Reliable with excellent attendance and able to work independently
