Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Weekends).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client repair and maintenance needs and maintain positive client relations
  • Handle customer calls and email requests, scheduling and overseeing service completion
  • Assist the Team Lead with reporting, escalations, and training junior team members
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • 4+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Preferred experience as a CSRIII and property maintenance experience
  • Undergraduate degree or internship preferred
