  • Respond to assigned emails within 24 hours and maintain client relationships
  • Follow customer service practices and escalate issues to management when necessary
Required Qualifications
  • 0-1 year of experience in a customer service role or call center
  • Must maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times
  • Ability to quickly learn complex software applications
  • Basic knowledge of major internet browsers and Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Must have a cellphone or personal device for multi-factor authentication and a minimum internet speed of 10Mbps down
