- Answer inbound phone calls for product lines with a polite and attentive attitude
- Respond to assigned emails within 24 hours and maintain client relationships
- Follow customer service practices and escalate issues to management when necessary
Required Qualifications
- 0-1 year of experience in a customer service role or call center
- Must maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times
- Ability to quickly learn complex software applications
- Basic knowledge of major internet browsers and Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must have a cellphone or personal device for multi-factor authentication and a minimum internet speed of 10Mbps down
