Job Summary

A company is looking for a Weekend Intake Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming referral requests and ensure all intake information is completed
  • Enter and manage referral information in electronic medical records and communicate with referral sources
  • Verify insurance eligibility and authorizations, and schedule initial patient visits
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of office experience and one year of intake experience in a healthcare environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of Medicare PDGM guidelines
  • Strong computer/data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills
