Job Summary
A company is looking for a Weekend Intake Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming referral requests and ensure all intake information is completed
- Enter and manage referral information in electronic medical records and communicate with referral sources
- Verify insurance eligibility and authorizations, and schedule initial patient visits
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of office experience and one year of intake experience in a healthcare environment
- Comprehensive understanding of Medicare PDGM guidelines
- Strong computer/data entry skills
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
