Job Summary

Monitoring exchange operations during weekend hours, the part-time Weekend Operations Specialist will support system functionality, communicate with engineers to resolve incidents, and execute operational tasks remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor exchange systems and operations during weekend shifts, escalating issues as needed
• Communicate with on-call engineers and team members to resolve operational incidents effectively
• Execute scheduled operational tasks and document events for post-incident reviews

Required qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable working independently during weekend hours with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and dashboards (e.g., Grafana, AWS CloudWatch)
• Basic understanding of financial markets, exchanges, or trading operations
• Experience in operations, NOC, technical support, or a similar role is a plus
