Job Summary

A company is looking for a Weekend Inbound Phone Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to families on senior care options and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Handle inbound, pre-screened leads remotely, conducting initial consultation calls with families
• Educate families on customized senior care options and connect them with appropriate senior living communities or care providers

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets
• Ability to multitask effectively, including talking on the phone while taking notes
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel, and ability to learn internal CRM systems
• Successful completion of the new hire training program
