Weekend RN Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Weekend RN Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform medical necessity reviews including inpatient, concurrent, prior authorization, and retrospective reviews
• Communicate with providers and facility staff to ensure member needs are met
• Document clinical information accurately and timely while meeting production and quality metrics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Registered Nurse with an active, unencumbered license in the state of residence
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, including Utilization Management experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Nursing, Business, or equivalent professional work experience
• Experience in acute care and/or post-acute care environments
• MCG certification preferred
