Job Summary

Providing Level 1 technical support, the full-time remote Weekend Service Desk Analyst will assist users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing requests via phone, email, or chat, and ensuring excellent customer service while working weekends.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide general IT end-user support and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Document and escalate unresolved issues with strong supporting documentation
  • Analyze and prioritize customer issues to drive positive results in customer experience
Required qualifications
  • 6-12 months of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
  • 6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional setting
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work Saturday through Wednesday from 8:00am - 4:00pm EST
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
