Job Summary

A company is looking for a Weekend Strategic Partnership Specialist (Customer Care).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a book of business within the Strategic Partnership Team
  • Ensure customer retention and generate new opportunities within the existing customer network
  • Guide customers on waste and recycling technology and collaborate with the Sustainability department on complex needs


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, procurement negotiations, and/or customer success
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or Netsuite
  • High degree of knowledge of the service industry is preferred
  • Flexibility to work a Friday to Monday schedule, 10 hours per day
