Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of clients, the part-time Weekend Strategic Partnership Specialist will provide exceptional customer support while executing account management, procurement, and service request processing in a remote capacity across various states.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a book of business while ensuring customer retention and long-term contracts
  • Generate new opportunities within existing customer networks and conduct regular business reviews with key accounts
  • Guide customers on waste and recycling technology and collaborate with the Sustainability department on complex needs
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, procurement negotiations, or customer success
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or Netsuite
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and execute projects independently
  • High degree of knowledge in the service industry preferred
