Weekend System Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Weekend System Update Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support tickets and assist in determining the nature of technical issues via remote access
• Identify and assist in the resolution of hardware, software, and networking issues
• Document hardware configuration information, software configuration administration, and network performance

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Desktop Support Analyst
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field or relevant experience
• Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products
• A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable in a team environment
• LAN and WAN experience
