Job Summary
Welcoming new customers with warmth and professionalism, the part-time Welcome Call Specialist will conduct outbound calls to thank customers for their business, verify account details, and guide them through the onboarding process in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively call customers to welcome them and confirm pertinent account information
- Clearly explain the customer portal, payment schedules, and the claims process
- Document call details accurately and transfer escalated calls as needed
Required qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills with an engaging phone presence
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in information handling
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Comfortable navigating systems and guiding customers through online tools
