Job Summary
To support a fast-growing estate planning law firm, the full-time Welcome Team Coordinator will manage client interactions, conduct needs analyses, and maintain lead tracking while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth meetings with potential clients to perform needs analyses
- Maintain a tracking system for leads, new clients, and referral sources
- Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team
Required qualifications
- Minimum two years of telephone experience
- Minimum one year of data entry experience
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in a high-volume customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and cloud-based software
