Well Engineer - Completions/Workover

Job Summary

To support well engineering activities across completions and workover projects, the full-time Integrated Solutions Well Engineer - Completions/Workover will execute well designs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards while working primarily onsite in Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing well designs and operational plans for completions, workover, and intervention activities
• Supporting tendering phases and developing detailed well programs and procedures
• Monitoring daily operations, tracking project expenditure, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in well construction, completions, workover, or intervention operations
• Strong knowledge or exposure to VCDSE (Virtual Collaborative Design System Environment)
• Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and well engineering software tools
• Minimum English level of B2 (intermediate) for communication purposes
