Wellbeing Engagement Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of over 1,000 small and medium-sized business clients, the remote Wellbeing Engagement Manager will design and implement scalable engagement strategies, analyze data to inform initiatives, and serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the Wellbeing Engagement strategy across the SMB portfolio, utilizing digital campaigns and automated communication tools
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and inform future engagement strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engagement touchpoints and design self-service toolkits for HR administrators
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B2C marketing, account management, or customer success, preferably in SaaS or Corporate Wellness
- Expertise in developing communication journeys and digital nurture campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in business analytics platforms such as Looker or Tableau
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and an ability to navigate ambiguity effectively
