Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for large national clients, the full-time hourly Wellness Account Administrator will manage accounts, coordinate on-site health fairs, handle supply orders, and ensure timely communication and support while working standard business hours remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Responding quickly and accurately to client communications
  • Managing overall account responsibilities, including supply ordering and coordinating health fairs
  • Collaborating with multiple departments to provide timely support to clients
Required qualifications
  • Associate's Degree
  • 2 or more years of applicable customer service experience
  • 2 or more years of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
