Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of contact for large national clients, the full-time hourly Wellness Account Administrator will manage accounts, coordinate on-site health fairs, handle supply orders, and ensure timely communication and support while working standard business hours remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Responding quickly and accurately to client communications
- Managing overall account responsibilities, including supply ordering and coordinating health fairs
- Collaborating with multiple departments to provide timely support to clients
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- 2 or more years of applicable customer service experience
- 2 or more years of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
