Wellness Associate II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wellness Associate II to support community health and wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health and wellness programs in collaboration with assigned facilities
• Evaluate program effectiveness and report outcomes to stakeholders
• Coordinate community events and represent the facility at various functions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required
• Experience in program development and implementation
• Ability to manage data and reporting needs
• Familiarity with health coaching and wellness initiatives
