Wellness Coach

Job Summary

To support a growing initiative in workplace wellness, the contracted Wellness Coach will conduct engaging and interactive training sessions remotely, focusing on various wellness topics to inspire positive change in diverse global audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate dynamic training sessions on a wide range of wellness topics, adapting style to resonate with diverse audiences
• Deliver WPO-developed content while tailoring examples and presentation methods to various industries and cultural contexts
• Collaborate with the WPO training team to review materials and ensure alignment with client objectives before each session

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a trainer, moderator, coach, or public speaker, preferably in wellness or leadership topics
• Membership in a recognized professional organization (e.g., ICF, EAPA)
• Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with groups of varying sizes in both virtual and in-person formats
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• Familiarity with virtual platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex
