Wellness Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wellness Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calls related to out-patient Behavioral Health Services in collaboration with providers and the clinical team
• Assist clinical staff with case assignment triage and handle provider inquiries
• Engage providers in the Outpatient Care Engagement program through outbound calls

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of clerical or administrative support experience
• 1+ years of experience in the health care industry and with health care insurance
