Job Summary

To support clients on their wellness journeys, the remote Wellness Counselor will engage with clients and medical providers, ensuring exceptional experiences through education, guidance, and proactive follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Review client intake forms and clinical documentation to identify key insights for consultations
• Educate and counsel clients on wellness protocols, treatment plans, and lifestyle recommendations
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation while collaborating with medical providers to optimize outcomes
