Wellness Data Analysis Intern

Job Summary

Supporting student health initiatives, the part-time Wellness Data Analysis Intern will assist in analyzing compliance data, managing immunization documentation, and generating reports for stakeholders in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Compliance Specialist in analyzing and reporting on student compliance status related to immunization policies
• Perform data entry for Immune Status Forms and maintain student charts in Enterprise Health
• Run weekly COVID non-compliant reports and communicate findings to key stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (minimum 6 credit hours) or graduate program (minimum 4.5 credit hours)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and visualization
• Strong internal and external customer service skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with student information
• Demonstrated comfort with technology and willingness to learn new software systems
