Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health and Wellness Facilitator.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and interactive sessions on various wellness topics tailored to diverse audiences globally
• Deliver content, materials, and presentations across different industries and cultural contexts
• Create a dynamic learning environment using discussions, surveys, reflections, and questions to enhance participant engagement

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a facilitator, coach, or trainer, preferably with wellness or leadership experience
• Membership in a professional oversight organization (e.g., ICF, EAPA)
• Proven ability to present to small and large groups in both virtual and in-person settings
• Minimum master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Proficiency in using virtual platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex
