Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wellness Program Enrollment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high volume outbound/inbound calls to provide information about health plan programs
• Deliver exceptional customer service and meet productivity and quality standards
• Document consumer interactions accurately and engage members in appropriate health and wellness programs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 6+ months experience in an office or administrative role
• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call center
• 3+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
