Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wellness Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging and interactive sessions on various wellness-related topics for diverse international audiences
• Adapt WPO-provided content to fit different sectors, cultures, and organizational contexts
• Create dynamic learning environments through discussions, polls, reflections, and Q&A sessions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a trainer, facilitator, coach, or speaker, preferably in wellness or leadership topics
• Membership in a professional regulatory body (e.g., ICF, EAPA)
• Master's degree or equivalent local qualification minimum
• Proficiency in virtual platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex
• Commitment to preparation and coordination meetings
